genitalium Microbothrium type. Genital pore postbifurcal. Eggs 0.11-0.13 by 0.650.73 mm. Biology: not yet studied in Hungary. Habitat: rumen. Host: Bos primigenius f. taurus Distribution: cattle - Pécs. References: Sey (present paper) Notes. This species was mentioned for the first time from Hungary by Kotlán (1859) under the name Paramphistomum microbothrioides. Later, it was pointed out (Sey 1974) that this species is identical with C. daubneyi Some speciments belonging to this species were found, recently collected from Holstein-Friesian cattle imported from North America. The species is widely distributed in North America, the Caribbean and in some East Asian countries (U.S.S.R., Vietnam). In Europe it was desribed for the first time by Kamburov et al. (1977). Later Lymnaea truncatula was demonstrated to be a susceptible intermediate host (Samnaliev and Vassilev 1981). Thus, theoretically, it could establish its own life cycle pattern in the European ecosystems and C. microbothrioides can become a new parasite of the European fauna. Két faj: Diplodiscus subclavatus (Goeze, 1782) (Diplodiscidae), Opisthodiscus diplodiscoides Cohn, 1904 (Cladorchiidae) a kétéltűekben; hat faj Paramphistomum cervi (Zeder, 1790), P. ichikawai Fukui, 1922, P. leydeni Näsmark, 1937, P. hibemiae Willmott, 1950; Calicophoron microbothrioides (Price et Mcintosh, 1944) és C. daubneyi (Paramphistomidae) a kérődzőkben fordultak elő. C. microbothrioides a hazai faunára nézve új faj. REFERENCES Edelényi, B. (1942): A Szeged környéki békák belső élősködő férgei.
