In Czechoslovakia it parasitizes also Apodemus spe­cies (ERHARDOVÁ, I960; TENORA, 1965), in Hungary, however, it has been found only in voles until now. The occurrence of adult • specimens of T. martis found in a stone marten (Martes foina) in Hungary and the description of the larval form is given by MURAI (1972) and MURAI and TENORA (1973a) . Description of the larval stage (Cysticercus): Length 30-60 mm, greatest width 5-8 mm. Suckers 250 p in diameter. Double circle of hooks with two different length, 180-216 p and 155-168 p., respectively (Pig. ID).
