Measurements in u: Body length: 468-480; greatest width: 268272; oral sucker: 27-37 x 30-50; ventral sucker: 40-55 x 35-63; testes: 52-57 x 69 and 57 x 50; ovary: 50-61 x 60-75; eggs: 12-17 x 7-10. Both exemplars were damaged during preparation, the reason why the measuring of the organs - especially of the testes - encountered difficulties. Echinost omatidae (Looss, 1902) Echinochasmus dietzewi Issaitschikoff , 1927 - (Pig. 9). Host: Podiceps cristatus; Locality: Tihany; Localization: small intestine; Intensity: 2 specimens. Echinochasmus coaxatus Dietz, 1909 - (Pig- 8). Host: Podiceps cristatus; Locality: Tihany; Localization: small intestine; Intensity: 5 specimens. Strigeidae Railliet, 1919 Cotylurus platycephalus (Creplin, 1825). Host: Larus ridibundus; Host of the metacercariae : Acerina cernua; Locality of the metacercariae : Lake Balaton; Localization of the adult: cloaca. Artificially incubated young gulls were fed with metacercariae originated from the body cavity of Acerina cernua living in the Lake Balaton. MOLNÁR (1969) reported metacercariae of this species under the name Cotylurus pileatus . According to ODENING's (1971) investigations, the correct name of this species, recorded by MOLNÁR, is C. platycephalus. On the basis of MOLNÁR* s data, the metacercaria frequently parasitize fishes living in the Danube, Lake Velence and Lake Balaton. Diplostomatidae Poirier, 1886 Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Nordmann, 1832) - (Pig . 10). Host: Nycticorax nycticorax; Locality: Somogyszob(Lake Baláta); Localization: gut; Intensity: 12 specimens 72
