genital pore. Follicles of vitellaria constituting two lateral groups. Excretory vesicle V-shaped. The specimens deposited in our collection agree in characteristics and measurements in general with those described by BAER (1943), PROKOPIC (1957)"and BRENDOW (1970). I call attention to only one conspicuous difference, namely to the intestinal branches not extending behind the testes in our exemplars. The uterus of our exemplars hardly contains ripe eggs, probably they were not whelly adult specimens. These characteristics agree with those, described by Combes and Jourdane (1969). The authors mentioned above found this species in the water-shrew (Neomys), while in Hungary it occurred in the bank vole (Clethrionomys) belonging to the order Rodent la. Pl'agiorchiidae Ward, 1917 Plagiorchis elegáns (Rud., 1802) (Pig. 7, 8) Hosts: Apodemus flavicollis (17 exemplars), Clethrionomys glareolus (2 exemplars), Micromys minutus (l exemplar), Sorex araneus (l exemplar), Ondatra zibethica (1 exemplar) Localisation: small intestine; rectum (by in Sorex araneus) Locality: Sopron (Sopron hills), Balf (Ondatra zibethica) Measurements: Length of body: 1.06-2.00; width: 0.37-0.95; oral sucker: 0.160-0.288 x 0.176-0.192; ventral sucker: 0.1150.192x0.102-0.192; pharynx: 0.070-0.192x0.080-0.153; testes: 0.153-0.320x0.121-0.256 and 0.147-0.384x0.096-0.224; ovary: 0.102-0.240x0.086-0.208; eggs: 0.017-0.038x0.019-0.035.
