Dr. István MATSKÁSI Zoological Department of the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest The investigations of our home fluke fauna in small mammals (Rodentia, Insectivora, Carnivora) was lawnded by EDELÉTTYI and SZABÓ in 1963, and followed by EDELÉNYI (1965, 1966) and SEY (1965). The results of our own collectings were published in three papers (MATKÁSI, 1967, 1969, 1970), The present paper submits the description of two Trematode spe­cies - new for our home fauna - and discusses some species al­ready known from Hungary, interesting from the faunistic and systematic points of view. Echinostomatidae Poche, 1926 Echnistoma revolutum (Proelich, 1802) Host: hamster, Cricetus cricetus (l exemplar) (Pig. l) Localisation: intestine Locality: Tiszavasvári Measurements in mm: Length of body: 11; greatest width: 1.97; Oral sucker: 0.489 x O.466; ventral sucker: O.869 x 0.922; pharynx: 0.466x0.297; testes: 0.987x0.632 and 0.839x0.790; ovary: 0.339 x 0.632; cirrus-sac: 0.514x0.276; eggs;0.086x xO.055. A relatively large fluke with an elongate and narrow body. Head collar (Pig. 2) with 37 collar spines.
