lönösen állattenyésztő (juh, kecske, szarvasmarha) környezetben, nem tisztázott eredetű anaemia és gastroenteralis tünetek mellett kell gondolni a Trichostrongylus-fertőzésre. VILIMSZKY, Z. - SZIGETINÉ TÓTH, N.: Recently Revealed Trichostrongylus Foci in the County Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén Between 1955 and 1966 a total of only 10 cases of human Trichostrongylus infection were discovered in the county Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, whereas between 1966 and 1970 there were 37 cases. The infection in two larger endemic foci, of a woman and a child, respectively, both of whom were treated in hospital ,drew attention to the existence of infections among others in the surroundings, all of which were revealed during screening examinations. It is pointed out that Trichostrongylus infection must be suspected in cases where people living in contact with ruminants display uncertain symptoms (anaemia,gastro-enteritis ). Successful treatment can be ensured by application of Mintezol (thiabendazole) . Irodalom BORCBERT, A.: Lehrbuch der Parasitologie für Tierärzte.- S.Hirzel. Leipzig. 1962.
