In the European region, it occurs for instance in Germany, whence it was described 150 years ago, in Poland (MULDER, 1927), Czechoslovakia (BÁLAT, 1956) and Rumania (CONSTANTINEANU and al., 1961). In the Mediterranean, it was found in Italy (CONCI, 1940). Reported by KOHAUT (1897) and P0NGRÁCZ (1914). New records: 2 <j> from Capra hircus 1. leg.PIOTROWSKI 28 7,1969, Orfü (near Pécs).
