After centrifugátion for 5 minutes (4000 rev. per min.) 1 per cent eosin solution is dropped on the surface and the centrifuged material is microscopically examined in the usual way. This modified method allows a 60-70 per cent time-saving as compared to the original method and keeps cysts in an identifiable condition for a period of 16-18 hours. Irodalom FAUST
