leg IY (Pig. 3) elongated, closely resembling that of Im­ paripes (A.) bembidii Karafiat, 1959. Type material: 1 ex. (Holotype): Kansas: Riley Co. Manh. a Jar­dine Terr. 24.VI. 1961. Leg. A. Nickell ; 1 ex. (Paratype: T­1122-69): bearing the same data. The holotype is deposited in the Entomology Department of the Kansas State University, Kan­sas, USA; the paratype in the Zoological Collection of the Hun­garian Natural History Museum, Budapest. Remarks: Prom the structure of its legs the new species is re­lated to Imparipes (A.) bembidii Karafiat,1959, but, in addition to other features, the dissimilar configuration of the setae poststernales clearly distinguish it from the latter species.
