Műhely church were generally understood at the time of their construction. The illustrations of 17th and 18th century church interiors were planned in the medieval literal sense, and later symbolically reconstructed in the spirit of Humanism and Enlightenment. It is worth highlighting the great number of apocaliptic illustrations even in the 18th century.
