266 Zs. Bemert Figs 3-4. The skull in grave No. 46, 3 = frontal view, 4 = lateral view Because of the bad condition ot postcranial bones, height could be calculated only for three males: all of them belong to the tall-medium group, their average height is 172.4 cm. Height could be calculated lor four females, resulting in an average height of 161.0 cm. The distribution of height in case ot females may provide new information as all the four individuals belonged to another group (very small, small-medium, medium, tall-medium). This can be accidental but it is also possible that it is due to the biological heterogeneity of females. This latter may be an answer to female surplus ifit is caused by the presence of foreign (immigrant) females in the population.
