long, 1.1 x as wide as mesosoma; occiput densely, rather finely and somewhat irregulary transversely striated; vertex and frons distinctly, somewhat roughly, transversely reticulate-coriaceous, on frons fan-like. OOL = LOL. Head in frontal view 1.3 x as wide as high; antenna (Fig. 56) with A 1 as long as height of head; A9 fully twice as long as wide. Mesosoma one and a third times as long as wide, slightly more than 1.1 x as high as wide. Sides of pronotum dull, densely reticulate-coriaceous.
