DESCRIPTION OF NEW SPECIES Galumna iranensis sp. n. (Figs 1-2) Measurements - Length of body: 442-465 um, width of body: 324-335 (am. Description - Prodorsum: Lamellar and sublamellar lines well developed, lamellar line conspicuously long also in dorsal view (Fig. 1). Lamelar setae setiform, simple. Rostral setae much shorter than the preceding ones, interlamellar setae longest of all. Both latter pairs thick, almost bacilliform or the interlamellar ones slightly dilated. All distinctly barbed. Sensillus long, with gradually dilated head. It is pointed and distinctly covered by long spines. Dorsosejugal porose areas large, guttiform, gradually narrowing laterally (Fig. 2), its pori comparatively large. Notogaster: A distinct dorsosejugal suture present, slightly concave medially. Dorsophragmatic apophyses hy elongated. Notogastral surface smooth, pteromorpha ornamented by some ribs. All four pairs of porose areas nearly equal in length and shape, more or less round. A, and A 2 are near to each other, A, removed far posteriorly. Notogastral setae represented only by their alveoli. A median porus in typical position, lyrifissures im located more anteromedially than the normal position. Ventral regions: Smooth. All setae minute. Legs: All legs tridactylous. Eupathidium originating at the same level of solenidion to,. Material examined -Holotype: Abarkouh, Yazd province (center of Iran). 9. IV. 1999. Leg. M. A. AKRAMI. (1650-HO-01). Paratype: 1 ex., same locality. Leg. M. A. AKRAMI. Holotype (1650-HO-01) and paratype (1650-PO-01 ) are deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest, with identification numbers of the specimens in the Collection of Arachnida. Derivatio nominis- Named after the country of its origin. Remarks - The new species is well characterised by the form and ratio of the prodorsal setae and the shape of the 4 pairs of porose areas of notogaster. On this basis it stands nearest to Galumna tarsipennata OUDEMANS, 1913. However, the sensillus of the new species is shorter and its head thicker than in tarsipennata, and the dorsosejugal suture is convex in tarsipennata and concave in the new species. A peculiar feature of the new species is a deep incision on the lateral part of sublamellar lines. Galumna karajica sp. n. (Figs 3-5) Measurements - Length of body: 540-567 pm, width of body: 405^432 pm. Description - Prodorsum: Rostrum rounded in dorsal view, both pairs of prodorsal lines distinct, the sublamellar one extraordinarily well developed. The sublamellar line keel-like in latcrodorsal view (Fig. 5). Rostral and lamellar setae nearly equal in length, the interlamellar ones longer and distinctly ciliate. The preceding two pairs rarely ciliate. Sensillus setiform, long, much longer
