30 (31 )Mesosoma in lateral view elongate, 1.8-2 times as long as high; dorsally, i.e. mesoscutum and scutellum, somewhat flattened and propodeum moderately declined (Fig. 46); metasoma also elongate, legs relatively long. Ovipositor sheath very long, as long as body or somewhat longer. Hind tarsus long, basitarsus just longer than tarsomeres 2-3 combined. Legs fully black; pterostigma brown to blackish. $c^: (2-)2.3-3.5 mm B.
