Head in dorsal view 2.01-2.25 times as long as broad, with frontal lobes somewhat produced forwards and quite deep fovea between them. Ocelli small, POL 2.4-2.5 OOL. Occipital margin poorly margined by occipital carina expressed just in median part, not sharp. Hind ocelli separated from eye by 4/3 of their own major diameter, and separated from occipital margin by 2/3 of their own major diameter. Eyes poorly pubescent with very short sparse setae. Head in frontal view 1.33 times as broad as high. Frontal fork absent. Face homogeneously finely reticulated. Interscrobes hardly visible. Eye width/interocular distance in ratio 10/25. Face very poorly setose along eye orbits. Breadth of oral fossa about 5.75 times as long as malar space, 1.77 times as long as produced anterior margin of clypeus. Eye height 5.5 times as long as malar space. Antennae inserted slightly above level of ventral eye margins. Scape without radicle 3.75 times as long as broad, 0.65 times as long as eye height, with one row of short setae along its weakly flattened ventral margin; combined length of pedicel and flagellum 0.73 times as long as breadth of head; pedicel 2.0-2.2 times as long as broad, 1.2-1.3 times as long as 1st funicular segment. The latter 1.6-1.9 times as long as broad; about as long as second, which 1.66 times as long as broad. Third funicular segment subquadrate. Clava two-segmented, 1.6 times as long as broad. Thorax (without propodeum) subquadrate. Pronotal collar weakly carinated. Mesoscutum twice as broad as long, the parapsidal grooves indicated by shallow foveae near scutellum, which as long as broad, 1.2 times as long as mesoscutum. Axillae with one seta each. Metanotal dorsellum semi-circular in shape, with weak alutaceous sculpture, without discernible foveae on sides. Propodeum flat, narrow, smooth or with poorly indicated alutaceous or striate sculpture. Median carina narrow, slightly raised, its lateral channels shallow, hardly discernible. Propodeal calli with about 2 long and 5 short setae each. Spiracular elevations of propodeum of moderate size, guttiform. Trace of lateral propodeal sulcus incomplete, delimited by row of meshes along supracoxal flange. Supracoxal flange narrow. Fore femur 3, mid 4, hind 2.8 times as long as broad; fore tibia about 6.25, mid tibia 6.5, hind tibia about 6 times as long as broad; mid and hind tibiae haired with short setae. Fore tarsi in ratio: 4/3.5/3.5/7. mid tarsi in ratio: 5/3.5/3.5/8.5, hind tarsi in ratio: 5/4.7/4.7/9. Spur of fore tibia short, spur of mid tibia 1.25 times as long as breadth of tibia, spur of hind tibia 0.8 times as long as breadth of tibia. Fore tibia with a short apical spine. Fore wing twice as long as broad, costal cell bare, 6.75 times as long as broad, submarginal vein with 2 setae on its dorsal surface before "break", where it meets parastigma; marginal vein as long as costal cell, postmarginal vein 0.6 times as long as stigmal, the latter represented mostly by guttiform stigma; speculum open below, cubital hairline reduced, represented by not more than 4 distant setae; fringe of apical margin as long as thickness of marginal vein at its broadest part (place of contact with parastigma). Gastral petiole strongly transverse, reduced to a narrow band. Gaster ovate, slightly longer than broad. First tergite haired with 4-5 setae on sides. Redescription of male. Length 2.0-2.1 mm. Differs from female in the following. Head in dorsal view 2.44—2.47 times as broad as long. Antennái scape swollen, 2.3 times as long as broad in lateral view without radicle, about 3 times as long as broad in dorsal view, almost as long as eye height, with a row of short setae along its ventral margin; combined length of pedicel and flagellum slightly shorter than breadth of head; pedicel 1.66 times as long as broad, 0.7 times as long as first funicular segment. The latter 1.75 times as long as broad, 1.4 times as long as second; second and third slightly longer than broad, clava two-segmented, twice as long as broad, with short, but distinct apical spine. Gastral petiole subconical, 0.6 times as long as broad. Gaster 1.6 times as long as broad. Host. Unknown. Biology. Unknown. Associated with fabaceous plants.
