Gaster ovate, 1.3 times as long as broad. First tergite haired with 4 setae on sides. Description of male. Length 3 mm. Differs from female in a following. Body metallic green, lower face and scape with golden tint. About 1/3 of mid tibia and about 2/5 of hind tibia, dark. Antennái scape swollen, 2.23 times as long as broad without radicle in lateral view, almost 4 times as long as broad in dorsal view, as long as eye height, with two rows of setae along its ventral margin; combined length of pedicel and flagellum almost 0.8 times as long as breadth of head; pedicel 2.25 times as long as broad, 0.64 times as long as 1st funicular segment. The latter 3.5-4 times as long as broad, 1.55 times as long as second, the latter about 2.25, third 1.77 times as long as broad, clava two-segmented, 2.66 times as long as broad. Gastral petiole subconical, 1.57 times as long as broad. Gaster 1.28 times as long as broad. Host. Unknown. Distribution. Far East Russia. Body (Fig. 18) bright golden green, propodeum with blue tint. Coxae, most part of femora, trochanters and last joints of mid and hind tarsi, dark with green metallic tint. Extreme tips of femora, mid and hind tibiae wholly, outer and inner sur­face of fore tibiae, white. Antennae dark brown with weak green metallic tint. Wings hyaline, vena­tion of wings light brown. Gaster sometimes with copper tint, oval membranous area adjacent to the petiolar emargination at first tergite white. Head in dorsal view 2.25-2.3 times as broad as long; ocelli small; POL 2.2 OOL. Occipital margin not sharp, margined at its middle part, smooth laterally. Hind ocelli separated from eye by distance 1.66 times as long as their own major diameter, and from occipital margin by a distance equal to their major diameter. Eyes poorly pubescent with short sparse setae. Head in frontal view (Fig. 19) 1.45 times as broad as high. Frontal fork absent. Face homo­geneously reticulated.
