H . pacificus (ASHMEAO): 16= head in dorsal view, 17= distal part of right fore wing, 18= n. par, (t). - Fig. 19. H. orientális BELOKOBYLSKIJ : tergite 1 Antenna short, about as long as head, mesosoma and half length of metasoma, with 17 antennomeres. First flagellomere 2.5 times as long as broad, further flagellomeres gradually shortening so that penultimate flagellomere twice as long as broad. Mesosoma in lateral view 1.6 times as long as high. Notaulix evenly deep and finely crenulated, merging behind in a rugose field. Prescutellar furrow wide and with five crenulae, intercrenulae rugo-rugulose . Sternaulix crenulated. Propodeum confused-rugose, areolation hardly distinct (Fig. 20). Pronotum anteriorly rugulose. Mesosoma otherwise polished. - Hind femur 4.4 times as long as broad. Hind tibia one-fourth longer than hind tarsus; hind basitarsus as long as tarsal segments 2-4. Hairs of hind tibia less erect, about as long as apical breadth of tibia. Fore wing as long as body. Pterostigma (Fig. 12) four times as long as wide, issuing radial vein distally from its middle. Radial cell along metacarpal vein one-fifth longer than pterostigma, rl_ 1.3 times as long as width of pterostigma and 1.18 times as long as r_2, r_3 straight and almost reaching tip of wing; cuqul just less than twice as long as r_2; n. rec . postf ureal (Fig. 12); n. par, just not interstitial (Fig. 13f). Metasoma somewhat shorter than head and mesosoma together. First tergite (Fig. 14) somewhat broader behind than long medially, spiracle about in the middle of tergite, tergite itself before spiracle distinctly and beyond spiracle feebly broadening posteriorly. Scutum of first tergite finely punctateuneven, laterally from scutum (i.e. margin of tergite) rugose with crenuliform elements. Second tergite 1.33 times as long as third tergite. Metasoma from second tergite weakly sclerotized. Ovipositor sheath in lateral view as long as hind tarsal segments 1-3. Ground colour of body reddish yellow. Tip of mandible dark brown. Scape yellow, pedicel and flagellum yellowish, distally darkening greyish. Palpi, tegula and legs yellow. Ovipositor sheath brownish yellow. Wings hyaline, pterostigma and veins opaque yellow. Description of the paratypes (10 oj) - Similar to the holotype. Body 2.4-2.6 mm long. Head in dorsal view transverse, 1.84-1.96 times as broad as long. Antenna with 17-18 antennomeres (17: 5,
