of Fészerlak and Toponár. Only very faint Mongoloid influence can be detected in both series. Those series present biological proximity which are closer geographically as well, namely those of Transdanubia, among them first of all Környe, Szebény, Csákberény, Solymár. The comparison carried out by various aspects led to results which are not all the same but which indicate similar tendencies. I believe this comes from the heterogeneity of Avar-period populations.
