Figs 1-6. Potamodytes lokis sp. n. : 1 = pronotum, 2 = elytral apex of male, 3 = id., female, 4 = prosternai process of male, 5 = id., female, 6 = aedeagus, lateral view catus DELÈVE from Madagascar. On the other hand, it also resembles in its body outline the species of the "africanus" group or P. bispinosus GROUVELLE. However it could be distinguished from all the preceding species by the glabrous front, the very short basal pronotal sulci, the different shape of the elytral apex, and the characteristic aedeagus.
