robust, relatively short sclerotized part of ducts. Cerci fused with 9th tergum and bearing a longer and thin hair besides 4 minute setulae. Distriburion — Known only from type specimens from the USSR, Far East (Amur area). Discussion — This species, although apparently a member of the L. finalis-subgroup differs markedly from other species of this subgroup, particularly by much longer hairs on the arista, pale greyish wings and highly characteristic male genitalia (male 5th sternum with large, finely spinulose posteromedial membraneous area and a long bristle in each posterior corner; periandrium long setose, slender pseudocerci, telomere with dense long bristles on ventral margin of the fore part, distiphallus ventrally spinulose etc.).
