Opius (Pleurosema) metatensis FISCHER, 1964, Q nova­—Closely related to O. (PI.) westerlyanus FISCHER, 1964 (USA: Rhode Island), on the basis of the examination and comparison with the holotypes of the two species only two specific differences have been established (the holotypes were kindly lent by H. TOWNES, Ann Arbor): O. metatensis Fl. O. westerlyanus Fl. 1. Postaxille longitudinally crenulated. 1. Postaxille smooth. 2. Head reddish yellow, vertex and occiput 2. Head and thorax entirely black to dark, black. Stigma of the holotype of O. metatensis thrice longer than wide, that of the specimens (4 9 + 3çf) from Maine (USA) 3.5- 3.7 times longer than wide. Female sex quite similar to male. O. metatensis is listed from Ecuador and Mexico. New to the fauna of the USA. Localities­2 9 +2 rf : USA, Maine, Oxford Co., 23 July 1976, leg. G. HEINRICH.­2 9 + 1 çf: USA, Maine, Franklin Co., 9 August 1976, leg. G. HEINRICH. Opius (Opiognathus) similarius FISCHER, 1964 — Recorded from three localities in the state New York (USA). My three female specimens were compared with a paratype kindly lent to me by H. Townes (Ann Arbor). Locality - 3 9 : USA, Maine, Oxford Co., Bryand Pond, 23 July 1976, leg. G. HEINRICH. ORIENTAL REGION Austroopius novoguineensis SZÉPLIGETI, 1900 — Described from New Guinea, reported from the British Solomon Islands, Bismarck Archipelago and Australia (Queensland: Deeral). New to the fa­una of Malaya Peninsula. Locality — 1 çf: Singapore, 26 January 1902, leg. BÍRÓ. Opius (Utetes) infernalis FISCHER, 1966, 9 nova — Antenna with 38 joints (1 çf). r2 distictly twice (i. e. 2.3 times) as long as cuqul. Ovipositor sheath in lateral view about one-sixth longer than hind tibia. N. rec. clearly postfurcal (and not "stark antefurcal", FISCHER 1966, p. 54). Female similar to male, light colour pattern of body somewhat more extended. Described and hitherto known from the Philippines (Luzon: Los Banos). New to the fauna of Taiwan. Localities — 1 çf : "Formosa, Taihorinsho", October 1909, leg. SAUTER.­1 9 : "Formosa, Mt. Hoozan", January 1910, leg. SAUTER. Opius (Utetes) toleráns sp. n. 9 > see P- 250. PALAEARCTIC REGION Ademon urinator (DE STEFANI PEREZ, 1902) — Since its description from Sicily no report was published of its distribution here. Known from Hungary too. Locality — 1 9 : Sicilia (Italy), river S. Leonardo, Termini Imerese, 25 km from Palermo, swimming in the water, 28 June 1978, leg. G. MINEO. Biosteres (Chilotrichia) clypealis THOMSON, 1895 — Reported sporadically from the northern half of Europe. New to the fauna of Armenia (USSR). Locality - 1 9 : USSR, Armenia, Tsakhadzor, 2000 m, 4 June 1980, No. 139, leg. J. PAPP. Biosteres (Biosteres) remigii FISCHER, 1971 - My specimens are similar to that of the types 2 9 +1 cf) from Mongolia. Antenna with 30 (1 9 ) an d 32 joints (2 9 )• Besides Mongolia reported from Hungary (PAPP, J., 1979a). New to the fauna of the USSR. Localities - 1 9 : USSR, „Sibiria, Selenginsk", 8 August 1913, leg. SCHULTZ. - 2 9 : USSR, Armenia, Tsakhadzor, 2000 m, 1 9 : 26 July 1977, No. 117, leg. L. ZOMBORI and 1 9:4 June 1980, No. 139, leg. J. PAPP. Biosteres (Chilotrichia) Xanthippe FISCHER, 1959 — Apparently a mountaine - high mountaine species. Localities listed from the Alps (France, Switzerland, Austria) and the Carpathians (Romania : Transylvania). New to the fauna of Armenia (USSR). Locality - 1 çf : USSR, Armenia, Megradzor, 1600 m, 18 July 1977, No. 100, leg L. ZOMBORI. Diachasma cephalotes (WESMAEL, 1835) - Reported its few localities from England, Belgium, Austria and Hungary. In Italy listed its single locality from the Istria Peninsula. Locality — l çf: Italy, Calabria, Aspromonte, leg. PAGANETTI.
