35. Diodontus (Corenius) chosenensis sp. n. Ç (Figs. 15-23) Apparently similar in characters, except the temporal process, to D. denticollis TSUN. described from Mongolia which is known by the male only. Çj. Length about 4 mm. Black without the distinct yellowish tinge ; ferruginous are mandibles except apices, labrum, palpi, tegulae (transparent), articulations of legs, knees, tibiae and tarsi; palpi basally and tarsi apically darker; antennái flagellum beneath and on basal part and humeral tubercles dark brown, the latter posteriorly paler ; wings hyaline, apically slightly darkened, with stigma and veins brownish black. Pubescence on supraclypeal area somewhat close, silvery, on lower frons sparse, not conspicuouos, clypeus only at base covered with sparse fine short pubescence, visible only in certain light. Head seen from above (Fig. 15) with sides behind eyes straightly convergent posteriorly, with anterior margin medianly produced in a broad triangle (in D. minutus nearly straight), with a marked frontal process on top which is truncate at apex, with occipital margin strongly emarginate, OOD:POD:OCD = 7:5:8.5, width of postocellus relatively 2.5. Head seen in front: Fig. 16, median area between scapal hollows gently raised and provided with the frontal process or spine which is much longer than in minutus and thence a weak carina runs upwards till about middle to the anterior ocellus, clypeus with basal line distinctly impressed, with anterior margin tridentate, the medial tooth shorter, the distance between the lateral teeth greater than that between one of them and eye, labrum broad and rounded, with a weak broad incision at apex in middle, mandibles long and acutely pointed at apex. Head seen in profile: Fig. 17, with the end of the occiipital carina strongly produced into a large stout tooth.
