By this, weh expressed differences could be shown between the Old Slavian and Old German groups. In the present paper, the values of the special indices cited above were analysed with respect to 35 series, mostly originating from the Árpád Period (Table 6). It should be remarked that the data referring to the Sauromatian and Uralian — Azovian — Saratovian Sarmatian groups, analysed here, have been taken from a recent publication (FTRSHTEIN 1970).
