The species has been discovered only recently and is known from Korea only.. Its closest relative, N. akagii KAWAI (KAWAI 1960) inhabits Japan. Nemoura sp., Çj Çj a) Korea, Prov. With the limited material available and at the present stage of knowledge of Asiatic Nemoura, 9 9 m mm d, no effort is made to describe them. The 9 01 ^ 7- sahlbergi problematiea has apparently not yet been taken. LEUCTRIDAE Rhopalopsole mahunkai sp. n. (Figs. 23-26) Holotype rf. t paratypes 3 (/(/4 çf 'çf : Korea, Prov. General colour brown, legs unicolourous, antennae with black tip, wings with a brown tinge. Head dark brown, centre lighter. Pronotum longer than wide (narrower than head), light brown, with median line and attachments of muscles darker. Pterothoracic nota each with a longitudinal black patch in middle. Basisterna of meso- and metathorax with a dark longitudinal stripe pointing at coxa. çf (Figs. 23-25): Anterior tergites simple; segment 9 very long, with an important notch on hind margin, leaving only a narrow heavily sclerotized band anteriorly. Sternite 9 with a small hairy Ventral lobe ; sternite extended to form a long subgenital plate with rounded upturned tip. Tergite 10 almost split into halves; every half with a short straight spine-like process. Two transverse plates in front of well-developed epiproct somewhat resembling a leg (from knee to toes) in lateral view. Cerci short, with a dorsal subterminal little process ; in ventral view, appearing slightly longer and constricted in middle. Paraprocts as typical for the family, bifid, acting as organs of sperm-transfer. Outer lobes relatively wide basally, shorter than more slender inner lobes enclosed between outer lobes. Tips of all four paraproctal lobes soft, flexible. 9 (Fig. 26) : Anterior tergites membranus, with 4 tiny black dots aligned in a transverse row. Tergites 2 and 3 with rudimentary sclerite, 9th tergite faintly, 10th fully sclerotized. Sternites normal ; 7th with a strongly sclerotized posterior elevation fused to 8th sternite, intersegmental membrane absent. Subgenital plate divided by a median slit extending from tip of roundly triangular hind-margin of plate to very base. On either side, an oblique elongate patch on plate remaining soft and light, rest of plate dark brown to black. A dark outer band connecting plate to posterior angles of sternite 8 also present. Genital region rather variable in
