Nemoura sahlbergi sahlbergi MORTON, left cercus of <J> 20 = dorsal view; 21 = lateral view; 22 = ventral view. Differential diagnosis. No species of Amphinemura is known to me that might be confused with A. steinmanni in the male sex. Ç Ç of a number of Chinese species (A. licenti [WU], A. chui [WU], A. claassenia [WU], A. sinensis [WU], A. trassaerti [WU]), and of Japanese species (A. decemceta OKAMOTO) have subgenital plates of the same type, but — according to their descriptions ( WU 1938 ff., OKAMOTO 1922) their pronota are smooth and glossy or only moderately rugose.
