width to length as 22: 20. Its surface coriaceous to finely punctate, pruinose. 2. Propodeum always with some sculpture. 3. Tergite 1.4-1.45 times (exceptionaly 1.6 times) longer than wide at rear, ratio of its length to fore and hind width as 13: 9(-8) : 5(-4). (Fig. 19). 4. Apex of hypopygium with a small spinűié (Fig. 20). 5. Radial vein issuing distally from middle of stigma, 6. Stigma greyish brown with a small pale basal spot. rf and host unknown. to length as 22:17. Its surface throughout regularly and rather closely punctate, hardly pruinose. 2. Propodeum smooth (except with some exceedingly fine sculpture along its posterior base), shiny. 3. Tergite 1. 1.55 times longer than wide at rear, ratio of its length to fore and hind width as 14:9:5. 4. Apex of hypopygium acute (see WILKINSON 1945: Fig. 98). 5. Hajdú-Bihar, E Hungary) netted in the clearings of the Reservation oak-woods (Galatello-Querretum), 6-7 July 1971, 11 Q 9 (1 9 holotype, 10 9 9 paratypes), leg. PAPP. Holotype and paratypes in the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest. Hym. Typ. No. 1985 (holotype) and 1986-1995 (paratypes). I dedicate this new species to Dr. G. SzELÉNYl, the excellent Hungarian specialist of Chalcidoidea and Proctotrupoidea (Hymenoptera), who has very kindly called my attention to the most interesting oak-woods near Űjs/.entmargita.
