Legs. — No essential difference found between description of nominate subspecies and the new subspecies. Material examined: 1 ex. (Holotype: 0-1263-70): No. 55-3. Fissieepheus mitratus sp. n. (Figs, 12—17) Measurements. — Length : 523 a., breadth: 253 u,. Prodorsum. — Rostrum rounded. Lamellae wide, their proximal end widened —as in P. coronarius, but assuming another shape —beyond lamellar hair. This portion angulate, without teeth on its exterior surface, slightly undulating. Also lamellar margins sinuous, their surface with a rough sculpture. Also tutorium and spatium lamelliforme laterale very strongly developed. Two pairs of well developed prodorsal condyli present, distance between members of inner pair (co. pm.) 23 u.. Rostral and lamellar hairs of uniform length, thin, arcuate.
