1/4—1/3 of frons, vte somewhat longer than pvt. vti only 1/2 long as pvt. Orbital bristles numerous, hairlike, very little differentiated from other frontal hairs. Eyes oval, with dense hairs. Cheeks not produced beyond level of eyes. Cheeks in front as high as length of third joint of antennae. Vibrissal bristle visible. Third antennái segment rounded, broader than long. Arista with short pilosity, a little shorter than frons. Palpi somewhat thickened and produced from epistoma. Mesonotum a little longer than broad, dull, densely dusted with a short, more or less universal pubescence. Scutellum broadly rounded, as long as broad at base. Ap sc 1.5 times as long as scutellum. la sc nearly 1/2 length of ap sc. Ap sc 1.5 times wider apart than from each la sc. Mesopleura and lower part of sternopleura dusted as mesonotum. Other parts of pleura shining. Notopleural bristles 1+2. Postscutellum shining. Lengths of costal sectors 2.5:1.5:1:1. r 2+3 , r 4+5 and m 1+2 concave anteriorly. First basal cells narrow. Abdomen subshining, with short hairs. Male genitalia. Epandrium rather small. Cerci big, long, parallel and a little pointed. Edita rather narrow, concave on inner side. Hypandrium closed. Gonita with pointed projection near apex. Phallus rather small, bell-formed. Colour. Head brownish yellow except black, grey dusted frontal triangle and Figs. 12 — 14.
