Arista with short pilosity, a little shorter than frons. Palpi somewhat thickened and produced from epistoma. Mesonotum a little longer than broad, dull, densely dusted with a short, more or less universal pubescence. Scutellum broadly rounded, as long as broad at base. Ap sc 1.5 times as long as scutellum. la sc nearly 1/2 length of ap sc. Ap sc 1.5 times wider apart than from each la sc. Mesopleura and lower part of sternopleura dusted as mesonotum. Other parts of pleura shining. Notopleural bristles 1+2. Postscutellum shining. Lengths of costal sectors 2.5:1.5:1:1. r

Edita rather narrow, concave on inner side. Hypandrium closed. Gonita with pointed projection near apex. Phallus rather small, bell-formed. Colour.
