(Paratypes): with same data as Holotype. Holotype and 12 Paratypes deposited in the Zoological Department of the Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest; 3 Paratypes in the Zoological State Institute and Zoological Museum, Hamburg. Remarks : There were 2 species known without a claw on the first tibiotarsus in the subgenus Archidispus of the genus Imparipes. The new species is easily distinguished by the following key: 1 (2) Setae sacrales internae shorter than other hairs, incrassate, densely ciliate penicillatus MAHUNKA, 1966 2 (1) Dorsal hairs not significantly different in thickness among themselves; setae sacrales internae not shorter than lumbales internae. 3 (4) Epimere III reaching base of leg 3. Setae praesternales internae longer than externae. Setae poststernales internae short, not reaching points of origin of externae soosi sp. n. 4 (3) Epimere III short, terminating free. Setae praesternales internae shorter than externae; setae poststernales internae extending deep among externae haarloevi KARAFIAT, 1959 I dedicate, in respect and gratitude, the new species to my kind colleague, Dr. Á.
