Last three somites of body strongly reduced, each comprising one annulus only, but annullus of somites XXV and XXVI considerably longer than that of XXVII; former two with a lateral constriction. Caudal sucker discoidal, about two-thirds of maximum body width (Fig. 15). Total number of annuli 68. Dorsal surface of body smooth in macroscopic view. Length: 9 mm; width: 2.5 mm.
