Pest, (Szemere) Moesz (1942) ; in coniferous afforestations at Gyömrő, Com. Pest, Konecsni (1952—53) ; among fir-trees in the Pepi Arboretum, Szarvas, Com. Békés, U b r i z s y (on constant-dominant species, 1954—56). Mycocoenological survey data for L. deliciosus are given only by U br i z s y (1954—56), since the subjects of investigations in this regard were mainly deciduous forests in Hungary. Lactarius semisanguifluus Heim et Leçlair We came to recognize this species, known also earlier by its more or less pale green cap (differring thereby from L. deliciosus), by the work of N e u h o f f . Another of its distinguishing characteristic concerning L. deliciosus is the color of the milk, turning from vinous to green. This milk discoloration can be well observed even on herbarium specimens. On the basis of this feature, we succeeded now to revide a material of mushrooms with greenish caps, regarded as L. deliciosus, collected in 1955. . L. semisanguifluus proved to be much rarer than L. deliciosus in Hungary, in contrast with the situation in Western Germany, as mentioned by N e u h o f f. Herb. : in pineto culto, Csúcshegy, Mts. Buda, 15 Oct. 1955, leg. Bohus & Babos; same locality, 27 Nov. 1957, leg. Babos ; under Pinus, in silva
