Thorax ; pubescence black ; wings subhyaline, nervures dark rufo-fuscous, tegulae obscurely testaceous. Abdomen with 4 fasciae of brillant blue, which is changeable, with pearly tints in different lights ; posterior tibise densely clothed outside with fulvo-ferruginous pubescence ; pubescence inside is black.
