1 2 lines (=20 mm). Black, flagellum rnfo-testaceous beneath ; face covered with a mixture of griseous and black pubescence, that on the vertex and behind the eyes bright yellow. Thorax : densely clothed with short black pubescence : the disk of the mesotliorax naked, smooth and shining. Wings dark brown with a splendid violet iridescence.
