Head and thorax black, closely and finely punctured; a yellow stripe at the inner and outer orbits of the eyes, another running from the anterior ocellus to the apex of the clypeus ; a yellow spot at the base of the mandibles and another on the labrum : a deeply impressed line between the ocelli and margin of the eyes. Thorax : the collar, 4 longitudinal stripes on the mesothorax, the sides of the scutellum, postscutellum and metathorax yellow ; the latter with an angular black spot on each side ; the thorax beneath and at the sides yellow ; an ovate black spot on each side of the pectus and an oblong one on the sides behind the wings, the legs pale ferruginous, spotted with yellow. Abdomen pale ferruginous, the basal segment with a yellow stripe on each side in the middle, 2—3. segments have a yellow line on each side at their basal margins, 3 apical segments fuscous.
