23 INTERIOR VIEW OF TFIF EXHIBITION OF OSAS The close cooperation between the Museum of Fine Arts and the Open Structures Society (OSAS) will definitely be a determining factor in regard to the future of the museum. The Open Structures Society was established by the following artists: Tibor Gáyor, István Haraszty, Katalin Hetey, Tamás Konok, Dóra Maurer, Vera Molnár, István Nádler, and the art historian, Zoltán Prosek. The aim of the Society is to create an art collection and archives in which besides the artist members' international private collection, the documentation of each œuvre would also be given a place. OSAS attempts to maintain the traditions of constructive-geometric art in the world of Hungarian art by organising exhibition series and music programmes as well as by displaying collections and bringing together like-minded, international artists. The Museum of Fine Arts provides the conditions to realize these objectives —thanks chiefly to Judit Geskó's role as a mediator. The Vasarely Museum itself made two exhibition rooms from among the upper floors available to us, of which the larger was reconstructed. Besides the newly painted walls the room was furnished with modern, high quality lighting. The first, debuting exhibition of OSAS opened on 12 June, 2006, and in addition to the recent works of the Society's artists, the public also had the opportunity to see the unique laser-sound instal-
