• Catering There is a tavern in the vaulted cellar of the merchants house from Mád (Upland Market Town regional unit) where you can try some cold dishes accompanied by good quality wines from Tokaj, Eger and Gyöngyös recommen­ded by our wine expert. If you enjoy it you can buy some wine from our shop. The Inn from Jászárokszállás, standing on the street of the Great Plains regional unit serves its guests with a rich variety of traditional meals and dishes. The Inn, with seating for 400 people is an ideal venue for family celebrations and official func­tions. We organise weddings, • Shops receptions and dinners! Visitors can taste delicious cakes, prepared by the local master baker in the small shop of the bakery from Izsák. Bread, baked with yeast, crescent rolls, cakes filled with cottage cheese and other delicacies can also be bought. There is a chandlers shop evo­king the atmosphere of the 1930s in the side pantry of the house from Und. (Kisalföld regional unit). In the authentic interior; craft products, everyday goods and special sweets can be bought. At the museum entrance, the Portéka shop sells guide books, books, postcards, folk music discs, folk art products and sou­venirs. At the weekends, in the Photographic Studio (Upland Market Town regional unit) our guests can have their photos taken wearing authentic cos­tumes. The picture is ready immediately! The area around the main entrance houses several sou­venir shops offering a wide vari­ety of handicraft and folk art products.
