Picture Dictionary Storage We need to store alt manner of things and traditionally the chest has been used for this purpose. Wooden chests have been used to store cereals, food, clothes, documents and other valuables. There were several chest-making centres in Hungary (e.g. Komárom, Miskolc, Sopron, Békéscsaba, Veszprém) all of which made their own style of chest.
