The stable of Botpalád with the barn from Kispalád in the background The stable („istálló") built beside the pigsty was made out of the wood of a frame-house built around 1880 which was damaged by fire (2—2). The stable seems almost like a house in respect of its material and size. Its interior is divided into a bin („kamra"), a stable for horses, and a stable for cattle; its undivided attic is used to store fodder. Mangers are placed lengthways in the stable. Four horses can be tethered in the horse-stable, yet there are five rings, for a „naughty" on restless horse has to be tied from both sides.
