Domus rusticae Baranyenses. Changes of peasant houses of Baranya County at the end of the 18th century

surviving up till the middle of the 19th century. Finally, the study is followed by a list of sources in the translation of István Soós. The answers given to the questions in connection with the peasant houses are published without changes, in the original order, according to the districts, the manors and communities. Where the geographical name is different from that of today, the name found in the Descriptio is given in brackets. The source material is supplemented by three maps. The basic map made with a thorough identification of the geographical names is a separate advantage of this work, because this map is the most complete one ever made from Baranya County of the 18th century. In the map the communities are marked with numbers, and an alphanumerical index has been added, too. Map No. 1 indicates the spread of wall materials supplied until 1772, map No. 2 refers to walls built after 1785, map No. 3 shows the residence of brick layers, carpenters and stone masons.
