COMPOSITION: Each ampoule (10 ml) contains 0,500 g dl-potassium asparagin and 0,500 g dl-magnesium asparagin. Each coated tablet contains 0,175 g dl-potassium asparagin and 0,175 g dl-magnesium asparagin. INDICATION: Angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cases of congestive heart failure resistant to digitalis, digitalis intolerantia, digitalis intoxication. Prevention of myocardial infarction and stenocardial attacks. Rhythm disorders, such as tachyarrhythmia, ventricular extrasystoles. PAIVANGIIV ampoules and coated tablets. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Acute and chronic renal insufficience. DOSAGE: 3 times daily 2 coated tablets or daily 2 ampoules diluted with 50 to 100 ml 5% glucose, administered by slow intravenous injection in disturbances of coronary blood flow. For prophylaxis 3 times 1 coated tablet daily. In myocardial infarction 2 ampoules daily (one in the morning and one in the evening), diluted with 50 to 100 ml 5% glucose, administered as infusion. NOTE: If necessary, Strophanine or a digitalis preparation may be added to Panangin solution before infusion. It may be ordered on account of the social insurance services.
