Type B, 1.5 cm. Midrib. None. Overlaps. Front over back, broad and salient. Reinforce. Bilateral, with two dome-shaped, ornamented rosettes, one of which is missing. Loop. Type II, 2.5 cm long by 1.3 cm broad. Loop-plates. The lower one is round and decorated, the upper one is covered by the reinforce. Chape-clamps, chape-end. Missing, but probably of Kosd Ai type. Design, lbi+5; post­Waldalgesheim. Sword Total length. 65 cm. Total length of hilt. 12 cm. Breadth of blade. 3.3 cm. The squarish tang is surmounted by a large knob. Literature.
