Female head, bearing close resemblance to the prostitutes painted in the manner of Kitagawa Utamaro (1753-1806). Below, a flower, perhaps a kikyo or Chinese bellflower can be seen. It may be a shamisen (a guitar with three strings), although the body of the instrument seems a bit too large. In addition, Székely depicted the pegbox of another instrument with four pegs, suggesting perhaps that it is a biwa (traditional Japanese lute with four strings). Notation: ' schneelandschaft — dunkel violetter fond mit weiße Vögel mit gelben händen '. Woman walking, with arms crossed. The composition is similar to that of Mutamagawa Takanotamagawa, a woodcut by Keisai Eisen (1790-1848). 56 The position of the woman, however, is reversed here.
