I. A Rábacsanaki „Kossuth" Mezőgazdasági Termelőszövetkezet története

The last phase (1961 to 1973) is characterized by the consolidated conditions of the already united two cooperatives. The production and economic conditions created by more purposive farming as well as state subsidy required an attitude set on economic efficiency. In evaluating the production pattern the magnitude of the profit ratio of gross earnings is emphasized but the rate of employment of the members is giving more and more trouble. Income distribution and work organization are solved by more up-to-date methods. Parallel with the progress of collective farming special attention is paid to the maintenance and development of household production, expecially animal husbandry. Developments in the Cooperative are followed by advances of the village. With 1974 the discussed history of the Cooperative ends. The new chapter - with annexation of the cooperatives of two villages, with Rábacsanak Kossuth Farm as their centre - started in 1975.
