price level carried through between 1966 and 1968, and from 1967 the conditions of an enterprise-like farming were gradually created in the Cooperative Farm. As a result of the economic consolidation the conditions for the remuneration of workers in money came into being and from a mixed remuneration system existing since 1964 they definitely changed over in 1968 to the method of work-remuneration and income-distribution in money. 4. In the first year of this historical period a large part of the credit debits of the farm was cancelled and through this the danger of indebtedness ceased on one band, and the economic decisions of the farm connected with development were more carefully throught out, on the other. 5. An important factor of a further development of production and farming is the increase of the number of specialists. 6. Management and organization are made equally more purposeful by the enterprise-like management and by the method of farming required for this. Reinforcement of the staff of professionals enables the preparation of profitable structural changes toward the end of the period, and the laying of their foundation by means of decisions, calculations and analyses made. 7. The purposeful development of animal breeding can also be continued and this is enhanced by a higher level of professional management, accomplishment of the necessary investments and improvement of the situation of animal hygiene. 8. In a social relation the conditions of an improvement of labour discipline and professional discipline hidden in the mind of people and in their interests attached to the cooperative are increasingly better established. 9. The tasks of consolidating the Cooperative Farm and realizing a profitable management are placed in the centre of economic decision making. 1.
