The veterinary hygiene was regulated with laws, and the orders were published for prevention of the poultry epidemics (for vaccination, animal-transport and -exhibitions, investigation of meat), as well as for fighting off the poultrydiseases. The theoretical bases and conditions of administration of the protection the contagious poultry-diseases have evolved until the First World War. The quick and effective methods originated only in the following decades.
