The paper illustrates, by means of archive documents, the intricate path of attaining state support in the first decades of the century on the example of the First Hungarian Fire Enamel Badge Factory. Ltd. operated similarly to the industrial parks of the present, was of great help to industry support: it supplied space and equipment for enterprising tradesmen and small industry.
