.compound interest' involves clearly a public fraud in favor of a few persons, who aim at a legal claim for account of all other persons. The real flux of securities and goods is kept secret by way of a dynamical price formation, of intransparent balances, of misleading choices in statistical data. 5.3 In F.R.G., the phase of rebuilding came to a saturation point. Nevertheless, the politicians think of a new „Tendenzwende", speak of 8% as the right rate of investments, recommend to take out savings for purchases, aver that a 6% advance per year in prices as to cost of living, is „optimal"—i.e., a devaluation of the money rate from 1 to 0.55839 = 1/1.7908 = 1.0610 within one decade is a legitimate" theft, which annuls the formal increase of savings during 17 years (1.035 17 = 1.7947). But the investment rate will double a capital during 9 years by possessions of stable value (1.08 9 = 1.9990); and no politician reports, e.g., who are the profiteers of new supercapacities for the generation of energy, what they intend, et cetera. 6. Those who have no approach to formulas, who prefer to describe motions and shapes in verbal terms, or those who believe in a formally consistent expressibility of infinitudes, may contest the statement that everything is limited intra-finitely. Moreover, phenomena beyond physics and astronomy are often said to be outside the province of mathematical (or even scientific) explanation—e.g., on the part of theologians. If nobody could penetrate the problem of ,motion' completely, then there is little hope for a system of objective measures in economics. In what sense has the mathematician a method of how to solve all theoretical problems definitively ? 6.1 Mathematics is the only science which was able to define itself completely on a purely combinatorial basis, independent of any language and controlled by mechanical operations (as in electronic computers). The mathematician can stop his own ,,spirit": he exhibits a limit for abbreviations as to consistent counting; ..natural" numbers like 10 10 ' where N (=number of symbols in an arithmetical, consistency' -inconsistency-deduction) % 10 8 , are inconsistent and refute propositional logic, when such numbers occur as proposition letter indices; not even the uniqueness of elementary computations is valid without end. So the mathematician abolishes all infinitistic problems of his former theories—in favor of a practically exhaustive rating for the storage of calculating machines. 6.2 In spite of physical .relativity' and .uncertainty', there is no ..pluralism" in nature, since only one possibility of simultaneous motions is realized; the synchronism of events and their position in space is unique. Although there will never exist a computer program which predicts all single facts, the mathematician can look, on principle, for a complete representation of .motion', not in terms of inertia, but in terms of a synthesizing diagram with an unchangeable net of spatial profiles and temporal fibres. Appearing and disappearing in motions correspond to [a hierarchy of] tunnels in the diagram, and that in the direction of space//time for biological// psychological phenomena; physics and chemistry can be explained without tunnels. Each tunnel is accompanied by two dual cross-points (or one „trinity"-point) in the net of lines: such points form a stoppage and turning away in motion, no collision. Multiple topological connectedness of the diagram entails sucking actions in the topometric (non-transformable) net, wherever a peculiar couple, triple, ... of profiles & fibres coincides in a cross-point; such coincidences are unexpected from the extrapolation of an average diagram without tunnels, i.e. of physical measuring.
