Mis left leg is pendent, resting on a lotus stand, the right is pulled up in the lap lalitasanai. The hands lie in the lap, light hand on left hand (dhyana inudra) holding the holy pearl surrounded by flames (cintamani). The casting was partly successful turning out beautifully the face and the rather sharp folds of the robe, but failing in other respects by leasing smaller and larger holes. Bed paint is preserved in a few places on the surface. T. H.
