Her main interests were the modern Indian arts, especially paintings, but she was also interested in visiting the important museums and art monuments. Starting from Delhi, she visited Calcutta, Madras, Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Bombay, Baroda, Benares, Agra and Mathura. It is deeply regrettable that a few days before returning home, she died with a tragic suddeness in Delhi, on July 13 th . We have lost in her a very talented museologist and a good colleague.
