A sitting figure, squat and robust, with long beard, the middle of the breast is marked with narrow lines, the tail is narrow and partitioned, on the thigh, incised geometrical lines. Carefully polished. 2nd —4th century. A. D. Height: 4 cm., thickness: 1,5 cm. Inv. no.: 63.14, Fig. 5. China, amulet with phoenix figure, light-grey jade, on one side with a yellowish­brown patch. A standing, narrow phoenix, its head, stylised wing and feathers are well discernible, its legs are missing. With open-worked decoration, identical on both sides, and incised ornamentation on the relief; it is a fine specimen. Sung period. Length: 8,3 cm. Width: 2.5 cm. and thick­ness: 0,7 cm. Inv. no.: 63.24. Fig. 6. China, wild-boar, jade plate, at several points corroded. In a resting posture with marked wings, on the forelegs, some lin­es probably indicating fur. On the hind leg, decoration similar to coiled lines. The tail is turned up and forked. The ears and knees are ornamented with spirals. The eyebrow is long and lined. The nose is flat. It is likely a piece unearthed by excavation. 2nd —4th century. A. D. Height: 2,6 cm. thickness: 1,8 cm. Inv. no.: 63.15.
